Kia motors has recalled a total of 410,619 Forte and Soul models in the US market, including the fuel and electric versions, over concerns about faulty airbags. The recall covers the 2017-2019 Forte, Soul and Soul EV models. The reason for the recall is that the airbags in vehicles have hidden dangers that could cause them to fail in the event of an accident.Kia will replace the parts in the recalled vehicles to ensure the airbags function properly. The problem was first detected in South Korea, but thankfully, despite the severity of the problem, there have been no fatalities among Kia drivers so far.
